Terms of Delivery
- We will deliver your order to the address specified when placing an order on the website. Please check if the delivery method, delivery address and name of the recipient are indicated correctly in your account on the site;
- The cost of delivery (except for self-pickup for recipients in Ukraine) is discussed separately when the order is agreed. The client can change the delivery method during the order approval process;
- We will deliver your product at the time specified in the order and will contact you one hour before arrival at the delivery address (for recipients in Ukraine). The goods are delivered all across Ukraine, except for the Autonomous Republic of Crimea and certain areas of Donetsk and Lugansk regions in the war zone;
- We will deliver your product within the time specified in the order and will contact you on the day of arrival order to the airport of the recipient's country (for recipients outside Ukraine).
