You receive the product in our warehouse (in case of self-pickup) or upon transfer from a transport company and pay for delivery to the transport company You carry out customs clearance of the order by yourself or by our transport company (discussed at the stage of order approval) Optionally: you can have the package delivered to your door. The terms and cost of delivery are discussed at the stage of order approval.

Additional features:

Each order can be checked by the client (or his representative) at the stage of approval, before delivery; If the client does not have the opportunity to check the order, there is the possibility of online video / photo of the order and negotiation of conditions with the client; The agreed order is sealed, photographed and reserved for the client before payment for it; The order reserve is 2 working days. If within 2 working days the order is not paid (there is no payment order from the bank), the order is canceled and the product becomes available to other customers;

Terms of Delivery

  • We will deliver your order to the address specified when placing an order on the website. Please check if the delivery method, delivery address and name of the recipient are indicated correctly in your account on the site;

  • The cost of delivery (except for self-pickup for recipients in Ukraine) is discussed separately when the order is agreed. The client can change the delivery method during the order approval process;

  • We will deliver your product at the time specified in the order and will contact you one hour before arrival at the delivery address (for recipients in Ukraine). The goods are delivered all across Ukraine, except for the Autonomous Republic of Crimea and certain areas of Donetsk and Lugansk regions in the war zone;

  • We will deliver your product within the time specified in the order and will contact you on the day of arrival order to the airport of the recipient's country (for recipients outside Ukraine).

  • It is impossible to change the method and / or address of delivery after the order has been shipped from our warehouse.
